Your Cancellation:
If notice is given 4 weeks prior to the the course a 100% returned. Between 2-4 weeks, 35% of the total is payable. Less than 7 days, 50% is payable. If less than 24 hours notice is given, full payment is required.

Our cancellation:
In the unlikely event a webinar or course is cancelled a full refund or a transfer to the next training course or webinar will be made. We will not be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
